We do NOT offer refunds without a physical return of the item (“refund only” requests are not accepted). All refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned product at our designated facility. Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process for both our customers and our business.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be in the same, new, and unused condition you received it in, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- In Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
- Within the Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase delivery date.
- Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, invoice, or receipt is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items that are used, damaged, altered, or washed.
- Items without their original tags and packaging.
- Any product that is personalized, customized, or made-to-order.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).
- Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., specific cleaning gear if applicable).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support: Within 30 days of delivery, email us at mewbisc@blackice-outdoor.com with your order number and reason for return. Our 24/7 friendly support team will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Please include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
5. Refunds
Upon successful inspection and approval of your return:
- Timing: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item(s).
- Deductions: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to your change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Non-Compliance: If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or send the item back to you at your expense.

Refunds for such cases are still contingent on the return of the original item.
