b. Pricing:
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price. We cut out unnecessary middleman markup to offer top quality outdoor products at prices that fit every budget perfectly.
c. Availability & Order Acceptance:
The inclusion of any products on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products will be available. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products we sell and to discontinue any product at any time. Your receipt of an order confirmation from us only confirms we have received your order; it does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.

c. Taxes & Duties:
Prices do not include sales taxes (such as HST/GST) or customs duties and import taxes. You are solely responsible for paying all such taxes, duties, and charges associated with your purchase, which may be added at checkout or collected upon delivery in accordance with your local laws.
7. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard policy is to offer tracked fast shipping to get your gear to you quickly. All stated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Please refer to our separate Refund and Returns Policy for full terms. Key terms include:
- We do NOT offer refunds without a physical return of the item. All refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned product.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and items must be unused and in original condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

b. Limitation of Liability:

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If unresolved, such dispute shall be finally settled by the courts of the Province of Ontario.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Black Ice Outdoor Equipment Ltd. and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
